Yesterday I started recording for the next project with Daniel Dennis at Prime Cut Studio in Nashville, TN. I've worked with Daniel on my previous albums and look forward to recording for this next album. The clip above is a snippet of a vocal take on Silver Tongue. I'm still writing and editing new material and look forward to taking it back into the studio.
Back on the road starting today. Tonight, I'll be returning to Memphis at Java Cabana to kick off this run of shows. Over the next couple of weeks, I'll be performing in Oklahoma, Texas, Mississippi, and Georgia. The best place to keep up with my show schedule is on this website. I also recommend using Bandsintown, which is a website/app that will notify you of your favorite artists' upcoming shows in your area. If you'd like to follow me, follow this link: Jeff Ruby on Bandsintown.
If I'm coming through your city, I hope to see you out.
Good to be back home in Nashville. I had a great time visiting Texas and playing at Fralo's in San Antonio and Adair's Saloon in Dallas. I'll have a break from the road over the next few weeks and will focus on writing some new material. I've enjoyed sharing some new songs recently and hope to add more for the upcoming shows.
Enjoyed my past shows this week at Java Cabana, Eclipse Coffee & Books, and at Fair Grinds Coffeehouse. I just crossed into Texas for this week's shows at Fralo's in San Antonio and two nights at Adair's Saloon in Dallas. Much warmer this time in contrast to the winter storm during my last round of shows. Hope to see my Texan friends out at the shows.
